"I haven’t been to their restaurant yet but this review is about their curry pho concentrate. They picked me out of a crowd at the Halloween market in Cloverdale a couple weeks ago (I look like a guy who loves pho and they were correct) and wow it’s incredible. Super easy to make and perfect when you want a warm noodle soup on a rainy day. I’m honestly kicking myself I only bought one jar. I need at least 6 more and I’m not joking!!"

"I recently dined here over Canada Day long weekend with my boyfriend and was thoroughly impressed. The barbeque chicken vermicelli dish with an added fried egg was exceptional—tender, flavorful, and beautifully balanced with lemon grass flavour. The fusion of modern and traditional Vietnamese flavors was spot-on. Service was top-notch—friendly and attentive. The ambiance was cozy, stylish, and Zen-like creating a relaxing and peaceful dining experience. We were so touched by the beautifully written story of the owners posted on the wall, adding a personal and heart felt touch to our visit. We can’t help but also noticed that they are giving back to the community every year on their anniversary. We asked our server and was told that Chopsticks has been around for 12 years now! The restaurant is so clean and new so we thought it was just recently opened.. We can’t wait to visit again, but this time with friends and family, and will try the rest of the menu! "I purchased the Curry Pho Broth at the Fort Langley Christmas Market, where I was also a fellow vendor (Two Hearts Chili), and I just made this for my family tonight — WOW. Absolutely amazing. I added noodles, thinly sliced rare beef, onions, green onions, cilantro, and basil, and the flavour was unreal. So rich, so balanced, and incredibly comforting. Everyone loved it. I honestly can’t believe how tasty this broth is. I will 100% be visiting the restaurant and buying more of the concentrate. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Can't say enough good things about this restaraunt. Bar none - the freshest and best tasting Pho I've had. The Banh Mi sandwiches are 2nd to none. The owners & staff treat every customer like family. The eating area is always clean & well lit, with live plants & fresh flowers. Attention to detail in both food & environment. A must-try for anybody who enjoys Pho!! And must try their Curry Pho if you love curry spicy !"
